Are the workout guides beginner friendly?

All exercise plans accommodate individuals of different activity levels. Whether you're just starting out or an experienced athlete, each program is tailored to help you build strength and progress.

What equipment do I need?

Currently, our workout guides are designed for gym settings. However, within the modification videos, alternative exercises are thoroughly explained. Home-workout guides will be available soon!

Can I work out while pregnant?

While we believe in the many benefits of our classes, including their potential to support overall well-being, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using our workout guides during pregnancy. Every pregnancy is unique, and your doctor can provide personalized guidance based on your individual health circumstances. Your safety and the well-being of your baby are our top priorities, so please ensure you have your healthcare provider's approval before taking our classes. 

Can I get a refund?
